Thank you to all runners that took part in the 26th Florette Fradley 10k. We had perfect running weather to start the morning for our 26th anniversary race (first held in 1999). We saw the best turn out since before Covid for this ever popular 10k road race.
It was lovely to see great spectator numbers from friends, family and villagers alike. We had an especially good turn out from Fradley village residents.
A big Thank You for the support from Fradley Parish Council.
The rain kept off as the winner and 1st Male, Toby Oury of Aldridge R/C crossed the finish line in a time of 33.45, closely followed by Owen Graham of Woking A/C in 2nd place in a time of 33.52 and Adam White in 3rd place with a time of 33.53.
The first female across the line was Beth Tabor from Tipton Harriers in a time of 36.55 and with an overall finish position of 24th, next was Elizabeth Watters of Birchfield Harriers in 38.14, and in 3rd place was Emma Robertson in a time of 39.15.
Thank you to all our runners you’re amazing, and a special thank you to our wonderful sponsor at Florette for their support again this year. Great to see Team Florette runners having a great morning.
